Your right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly by email at returns@palugadastore.co.uk before the period expires. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

How to return an item

1. Email returns@palugadastore.co.uk with your order reference and the items concerned.
2. We issue a return authorisation and the return address.
3. Send the goods back, unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Return postage

If you return an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Where an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we pay return costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back, or of proof of return, whichever is sooner. We refund the price paid plus standard outbound delivery.

Faulty goods

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
